Final project for my MA Animation at London College of Communication. MEAL is a film about a girl who has a complicated relationship with food, and how that is affecting the relationship she has with people around her. MEAL is currently being screened across multiple countries and recently it has won the Design Asia Special Alliance Award at the 2023 Taiwan International Student Design Competition. Tale of Moon Rabbit

Final project for my BA (Hons) degree at Northumbria University. A video about the origin of Chuseok (Korean version of Thanksgiving) originated from the 'Tale of Moon Rabbit' folklore that is passed down through generations. Chuseok is one of the major annual events in Korea, hence taking it as a point of interest to introduce Korean culture to the broader audience while continuing the action to retell the story to the younger generations.

Indonesia: Paradise of Tropical Fruits

A video promoting Indonesia's tourism highlighting the country’s tropical fruits. Tropical fruits is deemed as one of Indonesia's natural wonders. Indonesia is the land of nature's goodness where numerous types of fruits are grown and produced, some that are exclusive to the country. In this animation, those colourful and exotic fruits are turned into characters to narrate the story. Bringing viewers on a journey into their fascinating and playful world across the country.

HSBC: Unity in Sport

Submission for D&AD New Blood 2020 — HSBC 'Together We Thrive' brief. The campaign highlights HSBC’s brand promise in the airport setting, where people from all over the world would be the audience. This video highlights the concept of thriving together in sport, in particular, badminton. Inspired by HSBC’s vision to make badminton that is notably more popular in Asia, into a global sport. Where every player, from the grassroots to professional field are united through the spirit and love for badminton.

A Fashion Narrative

Submission for RSA Student Design Awards 2020: Moving Pictures — 'Fashioning a Circular Future' brief. The concept circled around how the fashion industry contributes to the giant waste and pollution on the planet. Encouraging young designers to take part in the work creating a better future. The current system is broken and circular economy principles offers a solution: reduce, reuse, rewear, recycle, and relove our clothing. The animation showcased the concept from various perspectives—East and West world—as every individual has a role and responsibility to keep the cycle going.
